Effective Date: January 1, 2023

By engaging Lumina Event Studio for your corporate retreat or gala production, you agree to the following terms and operational guidelines.

1. Services Rendered

Lumina Event Studio provides boutique event planning, vendor coordination, and spatial design services primarily within the Austin metropolitan area.

2. Vendor Synchrony Matrix

Clients utilizing our proprietary Vendor Synchrony Matrix agree to provide all third-party vendor contracts to our team no later than 45 days prior to the event date to ensure seamless orchestration.

3. Liability

Lumina Event Studio is not liable for structural failures, weather contingencies, or capacity limitations imposed by third-party venues or municipal authorities in Austin, TX.
